Description of Service

TrustVibe provides a platform for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials via embeddable widgets. We offer free and paid subscription plans.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all testimonials and content you submit through our platform. By submitting content, you grant TrustVibe a non-exclusive license to display it through our widget service.

Payment & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TrustVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
